Arch Reactor is the first Hackerspace in the St. Louis area. If you're not familiar with the Hackerspace idea, we're basically a co-op community workshop. We have a large warehouse type space located on South Jefferson filled with tools, meetings spaces, and smart people. The St. Louis 2600 meetup is a monthly meeting dedicated to hacking in all it's forms. An expansion of the original meetings started by the long running magazine of the same name as an open forum for anyone of any age, or level of expertise, to come and learn. Let's look into combining our talent, tools and knowledge, and create something greater than the sum of its parts.
Whether you're interested in printing for art, prototyping, manufacturing, or just fixing dishwasher soap lids, this will be a meetup group where you can come get answers to your questions, help people new to the hobby, and show off your printer and its creations. I hope that we can have regular meetups to help people who want to build a new printer, and help the people who have them learn to use them better.
