We are trying to establish a Makerspace program in Asheville through a wide variety of venues. We would like to start with community competitions and challenges, work with local schools to develop their programs, and then occupy a facility after all the bugs have been worked out of the system and there is a clear path to ownership of a facility by a 501(c)3 non-profit.
