We want to foster an environment where individuals can come together to share knowledge and build on the ideas of others. Our motivation to start this group is to incorporate "Design Thinking" into our meetups. The big thing about design thinking is it allows people to build on the ideas of others. Instead of just having that one thread, you think about it, I come up with an idea, and then somebody from somewhere else says, "Oh that makes me think we should do this and then we could do that." The motto of the space is Teach, Learn, Build! FYI most of our members don't use meetup.com, so it doesn't look like many people are registered, but nearly every event posted has had 10+ people.
